R5 is a major residential district in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, inspired by the architectural character of Paris and Khedivial Cairo.
The development extends over approximately 985 feddans and is divided into four neighborhoods featuring classical, modern, villa and tower developments.
It includes residential buildings, villas, townhouses, commercial areas, schools, mosques, healthcare facilities, a sports club and hotels.
