Castle Landmark is a large-scale residential and mixed-use development located in the R7 district of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
The project extends over approximately 41.5 acres, with the majority of the site dedicated to landscaping, greenery and open spaces.
It combines residential buildings with commercial, medical and recreational facilities, including a clubhouse, swimming pools and sports areas.
EEPM’s role included project management, complete construction supervision and MEP design.
