Al-Masa Al-Alamein is a large beachfront hospitality complex developed on approximately 54 feddans, with a total built-up area of about 270,000 m².
The development includes three hotel towers with 617 rooms and suites, three serviced-apartment towers with 508 keys, and a separate 102-key Mini Masa Hotel.
It also incorporates a mall, chalets, restaurants, marina facilities, swimming pools, landscaped areas and supporting utility buildings.
